ROCHESTER, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Tim Kendrick as Director of Data Analytics in Rochester, NY.

Kendrick brings robust expertise in database architecture, cloud computing, software development and learning systems—skills that enable him to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. His technical toolkit includes advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, Tableau and Qlik Sense, all of which he will leverage to enhance forecasting, capacity planning, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across the firm.

Recognized for his collaborative mindset and commitment to empowering teams through data literacy, Kendrick will play a pivotal role in helping CPL streamline processes, strengthen performance and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Prior to joining CPL, Kendrick served as Director of Information Technology at Priority Thinking LLC, where he supported employee assessment, talent development and capacity planning initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has earned multiple professional certifications, including Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals, Qlik Sense Business Intelligence Data Architect and Alchemer REST API Certification.
