BUFFALO, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Sebastian Simko to its office in Buffalo, NY.

As a member of our Civil Engineering team, Simko will leverage his background in mechanical engineering and experience on large-scale infrastructure projects to ensure teams deliver exceptional results for CPL’s clients. In this role, he will oversee field inspections, coordinate surveys, track costs and monitor environmental compliance—bringing precision, accountability and seamless integration between field and office operations.

Prior to joining CPL, Simko worked as a Field Engineer at Skanska, where he supported complex construction initiatives and strengthened his expertise in quality control and project execution. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

The leadership team is confident that Simko’s sharp attention to detail, collaborative approach, and dedication to excellence will keep projects efficient, aligned and on track—ultimately reinforcing CPL’s commitment to building resilient, future-focused infrastructure.
