TAMPA, FL — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Rosemarie Echevarria to our architectural team in Tampa, FL.

Echevarria brings a wealth of experience guiding projects from concept through construction across the healthcare, commercial and hospitality markets. She is widely recognized for her collaborative, solutions-driven approach—keeping teams aligned, client goals at the forefront and complex ventures moving forward with clarity and confidence. With a rare blend of technical rigor, creative problem-solving and a genuine people-first mindset, the leadership team is confident Echevarria will become a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues as she helps advance CPL’s work in the region.

Before joining CPL, Echevarria served as a Project Manager at PQH Group in Jacksonville, FL, where she led diverse architectural and engineering initiatives from early planning through delivery. She holds a Master of Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture + Design and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
