GREENVILLE, SC — CPL, a full-service design firm with a 50-year legacy of serving public and private-sector clients, is proud to announce the addition of Rashida Jeffers-Campbell, AICP, to its Greenville, SC office as Senior Planner.

Jeffers-Campbell brings extensive expertise in zoning, land use regulations, and comprehensive planning. In her new role, she will lead a diverse portfolio of projects—ranging from residential developments to public infrastructure—ensuring alignment with community priorities and regulatory compliance. Known for her ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, she also has a proven track record of successfully coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies to promote sustainable development and drive meaningful community impact.

Prior to joining CPL, Jeffers-Campbell served as Planning Director for Greenville County. She holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
