CPL Welcomes Katherine Range in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Katherine Range, RA, LEED AP to its office in Newburgh, NY.

Joining the firm as a Project Architect, Range will participate in conceptual design activities for projects spanning diverse practice areas, including K-12 and community. Her wide breadth of experience encompasses programming for residential new constructions, hospitals and variegated educational facilities; familiarity with a wide range of building codes; expertise in environmental, energy use and safety and security standards; and the full lifecycle of project coordination, from kickoff to closeout.

In addition to proficiency in industry programs such as Revit, ArchiCAD and Bluebeam, she demonstrates a deep understanding of sustainable methodologies as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Range previously served as an Architect for Outerbridge Horsey Associates in Washington, D.C. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, and maintains professional architecture licensure in the District of Columbia. She is also an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
