RALEIGH, NC — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is pleased to announce the return of Mayowa Alabi, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB, as Senior Associate Principal out of the firm’s Raleigh, NC, office.
With 27 years of architectural experience, Alabi will be key in driving the firm’s growth in the higher education design sector. Leveraging his established relationships and deep industry knowledge, he will focus on expanding CPL’s portfolio of projects, including academic buildings, student spaces and campus facilities across North Carolina and the Southeast.
“Mayowa’s leadership and visionary approach make him the ideal person to help us grow our presence in this important sector,” said Rick Henry, P.E., President of CPL. “We’re excited to have him back on the team and confident in the positive impact he’ll have on our higher education projects.”
Alabi’s career spans multiple sectors, with notable projects such as the Harvey B. His work has earned numerous accolades, including multiple Honor Awards from the AIA Triangle Design Awards Committee.
