RICHMOND, VA — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Morgan Fleetwood to its office in Richmond, VA.

A former middle school science teacher turned recruitment professional, Fleetwood joins CPL as a Talent Acquisition Partner on the firm’s human resources team. She will bring the patience, adaptability and people-first mindset that made her successful in the classroom; qualities that now strengthen her ability to build authentic connections with candidates and hiring leaders alike.

The leadership team is confident that she will elevate the hiring experience by making it clear, supportive and candidate-focused, while helping teams grow with talent that aligns not only with role expectations but with CPL’s culture and values.

Fleetwood most recently served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Velocity Clinical Research, where she managed full lifecycle recruiting, conducted data audits and quality assurance and leveraged iCIMS to streamline process efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Indiana University, where she also competed as a Division I athlete.
