CLEVELAND, OH — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to welcome Michelle Weimer to its Cleveland office as an Interior Design Project Manager.

Weimer brings a well-rounded background in interior design, project management and client engagement. Recognized for her collaborative approach and ability to cultivate strong client relationships, she will oversee Healthcare projects from early planning through installation—ensuring spaces are not only functional and cost-efficient, but also beautiful and tailored to the unique needs of patients, families and clinicians.

Her dual experience in both design and owner’s representative roles gives her a distinctive perspective that balances creative vision with practical execution. Most recently, she served as a Healthcare Account Executive at American Interiors, where she spearheaded business development initiatives, led proposal pursuits and guided client projects from concept through completion, consistently delivering on time and under budget.

Weimer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Mercyhurst University and a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
