CPL Welcomes New Team Members in New York

Rochester, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Jacob DiSciullo and Katie Crowley to its offices in New York.

DiSciullo joins CPL as a Helpdesk Specialist, bringing experience in desktop support, hardware deployment, and service desk operations.

Jacob is recognized for his responsiveness, clear communication, and ability to translate user needs into practical technical solutions, whether assisting colleagues in person or remotely. With a background in IT support, systems analysis, and customer service, he helps keep systems running efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for team members across the firm. He is motivated, caring, and dependable with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Desktop Services Specialist at Nuvance Health. DiSciullo holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iona University.

Crowley joins CPL as a receptionist at the firm’s corporate office, where she serves as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. With a strong background in administrative support, customer service, and scheduling coordination, she plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the office.

Her organization, reliability, and communication skills help create a positive and professional environment that reflects the firm’s commitment to service.

Prior to joining CPL, Crowley served as Studio Office Manager and Receptionist at Healing Hands Wellness Studio. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her community as President of the Red Jacket Youth Football and Cheerleading League, a longtime youth cheerleading coach, and a Cub Scout leader. Her dedication to teamwork, mentorship, and service extends throughout both her professional and personal life. Crowley holds a high school diploma from Geneseo Central School District.
