Albany, NY – Monday, February 4, 2020 – CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 45 years, is pleased to welcome Nicholas Hens, EIT to its mechanical engineering team in Albany, NY.
In his new role, Hens’ responsibilities will include producing clean, easy to read sets of drawings for a variety of mechanical engineering projects. He will also assist the team with drafting, selecting equipment, specifications, submittals and performing site visits. Prior to joining CPL, Hens served as a mechanical engineer at DELTA Engineers, Architects & Land Surveyors.
Hens has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and in aeronautic engineering from Clarkson University. Outside the office, he is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Hens resides in Albany, NY.
