GREENSBORO, NC — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Purvaa Goel, AIA and Ayatana Osinowo to its office in Greensboro, NC.

Joining the firm as a Project Architect, Goel will perform the full suite of programming and design for a wide range of renovation and new construction projects spanning diverse market sectors. She will leverage an exceptional grasp of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles to seamlessly integrate sustainable practices, and her technical expertise will reinforce her capacity to bring intricate visions to life while upholding meticulous attention to detail.

Goel previously worked as an Architect at STITCH Design Shop. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Also joining the architectural team is Osinowo. Stepping into the Architectural Designer role, she will apply her strong aptitude for industry best programs such as AutoCAD and Revit—as well as incredible time management, organizational and interpersonal skills—to contribute to CPL’s overall project success, developing comprehensive 2D and 3D models, preparing documents for agency approval and participating in collaborative design charrettes with clients.

Prior to joining CPL full-time, Osinowo served as an architectural intern. She earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, and is also a member of the AIA.
