Binghamton, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Christopher Thomas to its office in Binghamton, NY.

Thomas joins the civil engineering team as a Senior Project Manager who will lead numerous multidisciplinary projects from start to finish. He will leverage his experience in project scoping, resource management and building strong client relationships to achieve exceptional results for both the CPL team and clients. Additionally, he brings to the firm master-level proficiency in software tools like REVIT, AutoCAD and Newforma, which will allow for streamlined project timelines and budgets.

Before joining CPL, Thomas served as a Project Manager at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, where he managed projects with diverse delivery methods, ensuring financial success and timely completion. He also played a crucial role in site condition assessments and investigations during design and construction, serving clients such as the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS), the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and the Village of Johnson City, NY. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in civil engineering technology from SUNY Broome.
