CPL Welcomes Timothy Reidy and Meredith Ludlam in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA — CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 46 years, is pleased to welcome Timothy Reidy, RA, AIA, LEED GA and Meredith Ludlam to its growing team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Reidy joins CPL as a Senior Project Architect. He brings over a decade of experience to the architectural team and will be responsible for leading projects and providing technical design expertise to meet client needs.

Reidy most recently served as a Project Architect for Hayes Design Group. He has lived and worked in various states and several countries abroad, and his previous experience encompasses sustainable design and planning for the healthcare, education, commercial, municipal and community market sectors.

He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and maintains professional licensure in Pennsylvania. In addition to his affiliation with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the U.S. Green Building Council (LEED GA), Reidy is an active member of the Mount Lebanon Environmental Sustainability Board.

Also joining the architectural team is Ludlam, who will serve as an Architectural Designer. She will be responsible for all aspects of design, including drafting schematic drawings and preparing client presentations for a variety of projects. With exceptional digital design skills in platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, V-Ray and the full Adobe Suite, she is well-equipped to create and maintain architectural models for assignments ranging in scope and size.

Prior to joining CPL, Ludlam served as an Architecture Docent for Wrightwood 659 in Chicago, IL. She graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
