CPL Welcomes Kerry Alfred, Robert Brodie and Elizabeth Bowman in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, NC — CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 46 years, is pleased to welcome Kerry Alfred, Robert Brodie and Elizabeth Bowman to its growing team in Greensboro, NC.

Alfred joins the firm as an experienced Media Production Specialist. As part of the creative marketing team, he will be responsible for finding unique ways to tell the firm’s story and will lend his creative development experience to produce inspiring and engaging video content for internal and external distribution.

Prior to joining CPL, Alfred served as Senior Technical Project Manager for 3Flow. He studied industrial maintenance technology at Alamance Community College.

Joining the technology team, Brodie will serve as Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support throughout CPL’s branches. His primary duties will include responding to daily requests for help from end users; configuring, installing and upgrading software; and fostering communication between IT management and other team members to meet objectives in a timely manner.

Brodie most recently served as End User Computing Technician II for TEKSystems at Gilbarco Veeder-Root. He has an Associate of Applied Science in microcomputer technology, an Associate of Applied Science in industrial management and an Associate of Applied Science in customer service technology from Guilford Technical Community College, where he also received an IBM AS/400 & Computer Office Automation certification. He is CompTIA-certified.

Also joining the technology team is Bowman. She will work as a Systems Administrator to maintain, coordinate and implement network security measures, including anti-virus protection, to protect the firm’s user data, software and hardware. She will also resolve physical and virtual network-related problems and provide hands-on administration support. In addition to her IT expertise, Bowman will bring to CPL experience in Request for Proposal (RFP) production, professional development, procurement and community assessment.

Prior to joining the firm, Bowman served as a Program Management Support Specialist for Regional Consolidated Services. She has an Associate of Applied Science in computer information technology and an Associate of Applied Science in network and cyber security, both from Randolph Community College.
