CPL thrives in downtown’s Innovation Square, inspiring creative exploration from a vibrant urban campus. Team members enjoy their proximity to numerous parks, museums and entertainment hubs, such as the Rochester Museum & Science Center, the Eastman Theatre, the Roc City Skatepark and the High Falls.
The team can be found on the 7th floor of the sprawling facility, with vistas of the developing Neighborhood of Play and the Genessee Riverway. Inside, expansive lounges, high ceilings, breakout workstations and the latest technological accoutrements promote hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing, with moveable furniture allowing for easy layout reconfiguration as needed. Our architectural, engineering, interior design and planning experts harness this cross-functional space to develop diverse projects that enhance quality of life, from hospitals and universities to highways and recreation centers.
The office also houses the Center for Advancing Leadership and Design, a pioneering workforce development program that introduces underrepresented youth to the fundamentals of the A/E industry. Participants gain real-world experience by contributing to projects alongside CPL team members, who are eager to share their collective wealth of wisdom, acquired over decades in the business.
