Delivered through a collaborative design-build partnership between CPL and BC Construction Group, the project enhances Parata’s capacity to store, manufacture, and distribute high-speed pharmaceutical pill counting systems and other medical automation solutions.
The new facility was thoughtfully designed to support Parata’s growing product line and regional presence, with a focus on safety, flexibility and efficiency. The addition features designated high-piled storage zones for combustible materials, along with two new dock doors for streamlined shipping and receiving, and a drive-in overhead door for added logistical flexibility.
To deliver speed and durability, our team implemented a tilt-up concrete exterior wall system with pour-in-place elements—an approach that supported an accelerated construction timeline while ensuring long-term performance. The result is a highly functional production and distribution space that supports both current operations and future R&D initiatives.
As Parata Systems continues to expand its presence across the southeastern United States, this warehouse addition strengthens its ability to meet growing demand while reinforcing its role as a leader in medical technology innovation.
