CHARLOTTE, NC — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Ngoyi to its office in Charlotte, NC.
In his new role as a Helpdesk Specialist, Ngoyi will leverage his four years of experience in network troubleshooting and system administration to provide IT support across the organization. Skilled in tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune, he will focus on resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for end users.
Prior to joining CPL, Ngoyi served as a Service Desk Analyst at BAE Systems. He holds an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Central Piedmont Community College and certifications in CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Office Essentials.
