With more than 20 years of experience, Tim serves as an integral leader within our Infrastructure Practice. Known for his dedication and versatility, he is a trusted advisor to many municipalities, schools and hospitals throughout the Hudson Valley region. He also leads civil/site engineering teams to provide thoughtful design solutions and personalized service across all project phases, ensuring that each initiative meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Tim’s expertise extends to navigating complex regulatory requirements, working with agencies such as FEMA, NYSDOH, NYSDEC, and USDA, among others. No matter the project scope, he prioritizes people and communities, fostering meaningful connections while also mentoring teams and exploring new ways to engage, collaborate and grow within CPL.
