Buffalo, NY – Friday, March 6, 2020 – CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 45 years, is pleased to welcome Craig Mozrall, P.E. to its civil engineering team in Buffalo, NY.

With more than three decades of experience in a broad cross-section of the transportation engineering field, Mozrall will apply his expertise in construction inspection, cost estimates, hydraulics and quality control for an array of local transportation projects. He will also be responsible for reviewing quantity works ups to ensure accuracy and will serve as a resource offering advice during the development of construction plans. Prior to joining CPL, Mozrall served as a regional design engineer for the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Region 5 in Buffalo, NY.

Mozrall has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Vermont and holds professional licensure in New York State. In addition, he is a member of the New York State Association of Transportation Engineers (NYSATE) and resides in East Aurora, NY.
