This 12-room Short Stay Unit is designed to accommodate patients whose post-surgery care requires an overnight hospital stay of 23 hours or less. The unit promotes a patient-centered model of care with a core nursing hub that enables staff to view their patients at all times.
Amenities include private televisions, charging stations for electronic devices, patient lockers with safes and European showers. Each room also has a telemedicine hookup, which allows doctors to remotely monitor their recovering patients.
