CPL led the design renovation for this 1978 Technical Education Building and transformed it into a state-of-the-art Health Professions Building. Today, the facility houses programs for students studying Social Work, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic Technology and Public Safety.
The project also included the renovation of restroom facilities, a new elevator, and student lounge space for leisure, studying and collaboration. The entire outside skin on the eastern and western parts of the building was replaced and a new roof was designed/installed.
