A History of Industry

Our office’s three-floor interior echoes Buffalo’s identity as a 19th century industrial powerhouse, with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, monochromatic carpeting and large windows that overlook the vibrant murals of adjacent buildings and flood the space with natural light. Deep blue accent walls provide a steady sense of calm, while pops of yellow furniture and décor energize team members, serving as a catalyst for design innovation. Our team is highly motivated by the opportunity to plan and execute powerful infrastructure renovations from a space that is itself a modern, inspiring celebration of the city’s rich history.

From a cultural perspective, Buffalo is known as the “City of Good Neighbors,” and CPL Buffalo perfectly embodies this spirit. Collaboration is vital to our daily operations and professionals from all disciplines – architects, engineers, interior designers and planners – work together on a multitude of projects, with the office serving as a melting pot of variegated knowledge and industry experience.

Socially, team members love to get together for frequent ice cream meets, tailgating events and monthly birthday celebrations. And on gameday Fridays, you can typically find all of us in the training room posing for photos in full Bills Mafia regalia. Our office atmosphere faithfully mirrors Buffalo’s strong sense of community and collective passion for fun and camaraderie.
