CPL Welcomes New Ian Mahserjian in Albany

Albany, NY – Monday, November 16, 2020 – CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 45 years, is pleased to welcome Ian Mahserjian to its civil engineering team in Albany, NY.

As a member of the civil engineering team, Mahserjian will assist with drafting, design, and construction inspection for a variety of bridge construction projects. He will also write final design reports for completed bridge designs.

With a strong work ethic and an ability to learn new things quickly, Mahserjian finds joy knowing that his work makes a meaningful difference for the daily lives of everyday people. Prior to joining CPL, he served as Assistant Civil Engineer at the New York City Department of Transportation for roughly two and a half years where he worked on the Brooklyn Bridge.

Mahserjian has a master’s degree in civil engineering from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University at Buffalo. He also passed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 10-hour Outreach Training Program to become OSHA-10 certified and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
